A Refresher Course has been introduced for people who wish to revise/hone their mountaineering skills before any major expedition or just wish to stay in touch with mountaineering. All practical aspects of mountaineering i.e. rock climbing on natural/artificial surfaces, rock craft, snow craft etc. would be practised during this course. The course deals with basic techniques of mountain climbing as taught in the Basic Mountaineering Course for participants who have undergone BMC.
