HMI is the only institute which conducts special adventure courses for visually handicapped persons in underprivileged sections of society. In addition to the teaching of basic rock climbing, trainees are also taken for high-altitude trekking. This course is generally conducted in April/October every year. The Course gives an opportunity to explore the higher dimensions of adventure and the human spirit.
